Greg has worked as a member of IT project teams in multiple roles for over 20 years, he has enjoyed the opportunity to deliver value across a variety of project scopes and domains. As the liaison between stakeholders and the team, he has helped articulate the vision and build a solution that solves critical needs and allows for major advancements across Michigan Medicine.
David developed the original version of EMERSE in 2005 and has been continuously working on the system since that time. He is board-certified in clinical informatics and is a practicing general pediatrician at the University of Michigan.
Rachael has been designing software solutions with Michigan Medicine since 2015. Prior to joining the EMERSE team, she contributed to development projects in medical student education and collaborative patient care.
Ritu has a MS in Computer Science and over 15 years of experience in Software Development. She is a currently a Senior Software Developer at the University of Michigan, and has been working on the EMERSE project since 2011.
James has been working in a variety of roles in healthcare IT for years. He led development of CareWeb, Michigan Medicine’s in house EMR, and migrated numerous mainframe applications to Java/Spring technologies. He also has worked extensively in the data integration arena, leveraging Message oriented middleware and ETL tools to move data between in house applications, or to enable exchanging data with state health information exchanges. When not in front of a computer he enjoys working on home improvement projects, making bread and spending time at the beaches along Lake Michigan.
Sarah holds a dual-role as a Business Systems Analyst and IT Project Manager for Michigan Institute for Clinical & Health Research (MICHR) Informatics group. She has a broad and extensive background in Database and Information Systems including Software Implementation, Agile Principles and Practices, Database Administration and Programming.
Kellen is a computer science graduate from the University of Michigan, and has been working in web application development since 2012. He joined the EMERSE team in the fall of 2018.
Paul is a results oriented information technology professional with experience in academic medical center research, comprehensive cancer center, pharmaceuticals, higher education finance, and industrial goods. Experience includes business analysis, program management, project management, and financial management. His certifications include: PMP, Six Sigma, and Lean.
Raghu has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and has been in Software Development for about 2 decades, most of which has been at University of Michigan. He has been working on EMERSE since 2017.
