The EMERSE project, including source code, is available on a private Github repository: http://github.com/project-emerse/.
Because of the secure environments in which EMERSE runs, our health system information assurance/security team has requested that we distribute the software to recognized entities upon request. Further, knowing what sites are using the software is important for us to track so we can use those data to support continued funding for the project.
If you are interested in the EMERSE software, we will be happy to share it with you. Just send an e-mail to EMERSE-team@umich.edu and we can add you to the repository.
If you are interested in the Synonyms, we can provide a small subset of these for demonstration purposes. The entire set will require a license from the University of Michigan.
