Mission

The EMERSE team builds software that incorporates unstructured clinical notes from electronic health record (EHR) systems with the intention of "freeing" the data locked within these notes by making it accessible and usable for researchers. We work collaboratively with our partners, including end-users and implementing sites, to ensure that the software works well in a wide variety of operational environments and meets a wide variety of research and security requirements. We take great care with our work and sweat the details to provide the best user-experience possible. We like to make software that people enjoy using!
